Excellent Service and Attention to Detail

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a minor issue with the AC in my room. However, the staff at the Holiday Inn Convention Center quickly resolved the problem and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The promptness and professionalism of the staff truly impressed me. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

This hotel is located in a good area, right on the shore of the largest lake in Central America - Lake Nicaragua. It offers a beautiful view of the courtyard, and the rooms have large sliding glass doors onto a shared balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all your needs are met. The included breakfast with canapés is a great way to start the day.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Comfortable and quiet. Excellent A/C (which is a very strong MUST in Nicaragua).

Not enough healthy food in the buffet, like veggies or not-fried food. Also I found many nail clippings from previous passengers lying around on the carpet, and even caught a wooden splinter on a foot. Besides the lack of vacuuming, I must admit that everything else was super clean.

The breakfast selection is great, offering local options and tasty omelettes, served with excellent service and a view of the courtyard.

Large property, good location, acceptable price, excellent room, comfortable bed.
